Booking Confirmation
All travel reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
100% advance payment is required to secure the bookings. Payment details are securely processed, and payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure the validity of passports, visas, and other required documents. Fly4Less Inc., is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or expired documentation.
Changes to Itinerary
Fly4Less Inc., reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation delays, or force majeure events.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, and medical emergencies.

Fly4Less Inc., acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers.
Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety. Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed to Fly4Less Inc., before booking.
Conduct During Travel
Travelers are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of service providers. Fly4Less Inc., reserves the right to terminate services for any traveler who violates these rules.
Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, images, and text, on our website and promotional materials is the intellectual property of Fly4Less Inc., and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
All disputes are subject to mumbai jurisdiction only. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, fora, applicable authorities at Delhi.
